This task’s goal is to develop a new method for evaluating and specifying lighting systems’ performance, to ensure that flexible, networked lighting technologies achieve their full potential. 

It will propose a set of evaluative metrics that can be applied at finer resolutions, review current technologies for their ability to offer this information, develop a software specification for data collection, and conduct select evaluations of the effectiveness of these metrics in applied lighting systems.
